I first lost mine at the age of 17......

It was 10pm, I'd been in the student union all evening and was a little worse for wear.
The washing machine had finished a good hour or so before and I collected the contents on my way back to my student accomodation. I check thoroughly for items left in the drum.... yet it happened that evening. One sock missing. Where do they all go?

I first lost mine as late as 22(and half)

The spin cycle had completed (and was very memorable Wink

) - it was only at the pegging stage did I realise I had succomb to the phonomenom.
It was as pink as pink could be - never to be worn again - a memory and a yerning only.

I was very young. 16. It was at my parents house - they were in - they don't know though. .... it was a white one. Had quite a lasting effect on me.
