I wondered if it is expensive to play because it is an underwater thing. The equipment adds up to a fair amount of money and the pool time must be quite expensive?
Any info on this, before commitment is made.
Much Appreciate Thoughts.

Not expensive compared to a lot of sports and the equipment you may need.
Most clubs in UK ask session fee of between 3 and 5 pounds (GRB).
The equipment you need:
- some clubs have spare fins masks and snorkles so you can try without any outlay - that's worth checking up on before visiting a club.
If you fancy buying your gear, the average cost is around:
Fins - £40
mask and snorkle - £15 and £10
pusher sticks - £10
hat - £5
..... and don't forget you'll need your own Swim-togs (unless it is a VERY friendly club )
