it's a great idea.
possibly angle would be good a little further over the shoulder, pointing down so you can see the puck in possession in front of the players body?
also i think a headcam would actually be really good.... all players when they dont have the puck will actually be looking at the puck for the main part... if the cam is angled a little down you will see the player passing it etc as well.
keep it up! |

Head cam would be an option, but think that the positioning of this cam in critter-cam diaries is exceptional thinking -
If the cam was on the head, it would leave us (the spectators) wishing the player was looking somewhere we wanted. Even in the sample excerps you can watch how many times the player is moving his head - it is brilliant to be able to, not only watch the puck being played, but also watch the player looking around, sometimes away from where he flicked it.
I think it was an EXTRA effort to PLACE the cam, rather than just get something waterproof and just strap it somewhere convenient.
This project goes that extra bit of professional thinking - nicey nicey

Gets people talking - really good thinking on the camera angle. |

Eine ganz neue Seite, speziell für Zuschauer. Highlight ist ein Ritt auf der Schulter eines UWH-Spielers (Video). Sehenswert!

Awesome. Can get an idea of the teamwork involved. It looks like a play station game.

What a good idea. Great perspective. Think there should be more 'diaries' so can keep getting the feel for the game.

LOVE THE NEW UWH VIDEO PAGE!
This video is a great example of good camera work, ie steady and able to follow the action so it is relaxing to watch.
Can't wait for more, please.

Brilliant concept.
I've also seen what is to come and can only be good for promo of the underwater hockey game.
